This one-day Provide First Aid course gives participants the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver immediate and effective first aid — from CPR and defibrillation to managing severe bleeding and other medical emergencies.

Delivered by qualified instructors and aligned with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines, this course is ideal for workers, supervisors, and community members alike. It ensures you’re prepared to preserve life, prevent a condition from worsening, and promote recovery, whether at work or at home.

What You’ll Learn

• Scene assessment and management in emergencies
• DRSABCD action plan, CPR, and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Management of shock, bleeding, fractures, burns, and other injuries
• Recognising and responding to medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, anaphylaxis, etc.)
• Infection control and incident reporting
• First Aid principles and legal considerations
