Established in 1998 & IRATA accredited, Specialist Height Access (SHA) is a leader in the Australian Industrial Rope Access Industry. Based in Sydney, we have worked on some of Australia’s most iconic buildings

We provide a variety of training and offer guidance as well as a real chance to build a career in the industry. Full time positions, which qualify for Profit Share as well as Sponsorship opportunities are available and if you have a Society of Professional Rope Access  Technicians (SPRAT) ticket we can also help convert you to an (internationally recognised) Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) licence.

Qualities we need from you is the ability to work well in a team, a great level of customer service and some trade experience. Work for us and we guarantee you will become better at what you do.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction industry or related environment
• Strong commitment to safety and fostering a positive workplace culture
• White Card
• IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 certification
• Working at Heights (WAH) Ticket (highly desirable)
• Valid visa to work in Australia (mandatory)
