Height Safety Installers

At Specialist Height Access (SHA), we’ve been proudly maintaining, repairing and inspecting some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings and infrastructure since 1998. As a leader in Australia’s Industrial Rope Access and Height Safety Systems, we’re ISO and IRATA accredited, setting the benchmark for safety, quality, and innovation in the industry.

We provide a variety of training and offer guidance as well as a real chance to build a career in the industry. Opportunity for full time positions, which qualify for Profit Share and if you have a Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) ticket we can also help convert you to an (internationally recognised) Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) licence.

We are currently seeking experienced Height Safety Installers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction industry or related environment
• Strong commitment to safety and fostering a positive workplace culture
• White Card
• Working at Heights (WAH) Ticket
• IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 certification (highly desirable)
• Experience in height safety installations and/ or rope access
• Valid visa to work in Australia (mandatory)
